What is neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is a type of biofeedback.

The body has a limited capacity to sense information coming from inside itself. However, if you monitor any biological process, amplify it, and feed it back to the brain, the brain can change it.

Many conditions result in poorly regulated brain wave patterns. Neurofeedback gathers information about brain waves and trains the brain to better self-regulate.

Sensors placed on the scalp record information about brain wave patterns and advanced computer technology allows the client to normalize those brain wave patterns. By normalizing brainwave patterns, your central nervous system learns how to self-regulate, directing you away from debilitating, painful, and destructive disorders, and into reclaiming your well-being.

The sensors only receive information. They produce no electric current, and are completely safe, harmless, and painless.
